SHIN, Yong-Hyun has been providing clients with IP-related business services for nearly 20 years, including patent application, trial / litigation, IP training, patent map, technology transfer consulting and IP training. He earned a Master of Intellectual Property (MIP) degree in the United States after graduating from the UNH School of Law in 2011 and he has experienced US Patent prosecution affair in US law firms. He has been serving as a managing patent attorney for the E-BIRD International Intellectual Law firm since 2013.
He has worked for many years in the patent business of POSCO, a world-class steel company. He has also worked for various companies in Korea including Hyundai Motors, Han-Hwa and Kyung-dong Navien. He has also been involved in patent application and technology transfer consulting services for the machinery and materials related patents of leading domestic research institutes such as GIST, ADD, CAMM.

Minseok Choi is a Korean Patent attorney at E-BIRD, specializing in patent application, registration, trial and litigation in areas of electronics/electrics, more specifically the mobile, electronic component and optics. Jaebok Lee is a Partner with a background in Electronics and Avionics Engineering. Jaebok is experienced in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, litigation, client counseling, and opinion work.
